By using the “E-Walk” application, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by the data controller, Azikus d.o.o., for the purpose of managing your user account, supporting your participation in project activities, and ensuring the proper functioning of the application itself.
Your data will be accessible only to project partners acting as data processors, and only to the extent necessary for the implementation of the project. The data will not be used for marketing purposes nor shared with third parties outside the project. All data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You may withdraw your consent to processing at any time, in part or in full, by contacting the data controller via email at contact@azikus.com. You also have the right to request access to your data, as well as its correction or deletion. Your data will be retained only for the duration of the project, unless European Union law requires a longer retention period.
The application may access and process health-related data—specifically step count and distance walked—for the sole purpose of supporting the project's goals related to physical activity tracking and performance comparison. This data is used to calculate aggregate statistics and rankings among individual participants, school classes, schools, and countries.
Health data is collected and processed securely, and only to the extent necessary for the functionality of the application. It is not used for marketing, profiling, or any unrelated purposes. Access to health data is strictly limited to project partners involved in the execution of the project, and only as needed for its successful implementation.
The handling of Health Data complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including the GDPR and platform-specific policies (such as those of Google Play and Health Connect, where applicable).
